A Massive Thank You to Our Amazing SwanFest Volunteers!

A vertically split composite image. The upper photograph shows a child viewed from behind blowing soap bubbles across a grassy outdoor event field. The child wears a white T-shirt, light blue denim dungarees and a green wristband, holding a red bubble wand. The lower photograph shows a table containing colourful event accessories including flower leis, novelty sunglasses, plastic visors, inflatable cheering sticks and other festival items. A bright pink horizontal divider separates the two photographs.

We would like to say a huge thank you to our incredible pupil volunteers who helped make SwanFest such a fantastic success on Saturday!

Our team of volunteers ran the Face Painting and Festival Market Tent and ran it all brilliantly. From gorgeous face painting designs to festival glitter and glitter tattoos, they brought so much colour, joy, sparkle and festival vibes to the entire day.

We were very impressed by how professional, patient and enthusiastic our pupils were, especially with the younger children who came to have their faces painted. These children left the tent absolutely delighted with their transformations, and everyone on site loved adding a bit of festival sparkle to their day!

Events like SwanFest simply couldn't happen without the dedication of our community. To every pupil who gave up their Saturday to volunteer, paint, glitter and represent us so brilliantly: a massive thank you. You did yourselves proud, raised vital funds for charity and put smiles on so many faces.

London Science Museum Trips

We are looking forward to next week's trips to the London Science Museum! Our pupils will explore one of the UK's most exciting museums and it promises to be a fantastic day of learning beyond the classroom.

Parents and carers of pupils attending should have received an email earlier this week. This contains essential updates, including:

  • Travel arrangements

  • What to bring

  • Collection details

Please take a few minutes to read this information carefully before your child's trip.

The capsule features multiple windows, external panels and visible mechanical components around the upper hatch. A white barrier surrounds the exhibit. Large windows, display cases, structural columns and another suspended aircraft exhibit are visible in the background of the gallery.
