At Swanmore College, we believe in helping our pupils reach their full potential. That's why we introduced UniFrog in 2024-25, a powerful platform designed to support pupils in making informed decisions about their future.

Pupils have previously told us that they'd like more support to help them understand the decisions they will have to make in the future. Careers, further education and apprenticeship information is always well-received, but pupils would like this to be more frequent and tailored to their individual circumstances and interests. Some pupils have requested additional and more frequent advice to support them moving through key school milestones such as options, work experience and college applications.

How UniFrog Works

UniFrog is a one-stop shop where pupils can explore their interests, academic performance, and extracurricular activities inside and outside of school to identify exciting post-16 opportunities. By tracking their progress and planning ahead, pupils can make informed choices about their education and career paths.

Access to UniFrog

• All year groups have access to Unifrog
• On 28 April 2026, Unifrog is being relaunched to Year 8
• All parents and carers can request their own log in via this Google form: https://forms.gle/DvEiLFZX5oahUCst6

Accessing UniFrog

Your child will be able to access the platform by clicking a link in their welcome email. They'll then need to create a password so they can begin using UniFrog. Once this has been done, they'll be able to log in to the platform using their email address and password from any computer, tablet or smartphone. They can also use Google single sign-on with their school email address.

Parents can create a log on using this link: Parent - Unifrog, once their email address has been added to their child’s account.

Working Together

We encourage you to explore UniFrog with your child to discuss their goals and aspirations. Together, you can leverage the platform's resources to make informed decisions about their future.

Enriching Independent Learning

To further support your child's development, we'll be offering optional independent learning tasks through UniFrog. These activities will help them explore their interests and gain valuable insights into their future options.

Unifrog after leaving Year 11

Your child will be able to continue to access their Unifrog account for 6 years after they leave Year 11 as long as they update their email address from their school email to a personal email address.
