Pupil Spotlight
Time for a Shout Out: Year 10 pupil Amelia recently fought in the Southern Area Schools Judo Competition, representing Swanmore. Amelia competed so well that she won a bronze medal. Congratulations, we are proud of you! 🥉 👍🏻
Sports Leaders
Last week we hosted 10 Primary Schools for a Year 5/6 Indoor Sportshall Athletics event, which was assisted by some of our Year 10 Sports Leaders. This was the biggest indoor event we have run, with 112 Primary School students participating! In what was a very enjoyable afternoon, the event ran really well. Thanks to all our Year 10 Sports Leaders who helped, you were amazing and to Mr Doncom who planned the event.

U14 Girls Netball vs. Romsey
Our Under 14 Girls Netball Team performed superbly well against Romsey winning 17-3. Players Of The Match were: Tanisha and Ella. A massive shout out to Ella and Marianna who played up a year! A great win, well done girls 🙌🏻
U16 Girls Netball vs. Romsey
Our Under 16 Girls Netball Team also had a fantastic with an 18-9 win over Romsey School to complete a double win. The team played exceptionally well. Players Of The Match were: Molly and Freya. Well done girls, we are proud of you!


U16 Girls Volleyball Team: Hampshire Volleyball Championships group stages
Our U16 Girls Volleyball Team competed in the Hampshire Volleyball Championships group stages held at Swanmore College. The girls played games against Priestlands School and Kings School, in what proved to be a really competitive group stage. Games were played, best of three sets, scores were as follows:
Swanmore 12-21 Priestlands
Swanmore 7-21 Priestlands
Kings 8 - 21 Priestlands
Kings 21 - 23 Priestlands
Swanmore 21 - 23 Kings
Swanmore 17 - 21 Kings
A big thank you to Mrs McAll who has been coaching the girls and also oversaw the fixture. Well done to all who played, it was great to see the team competing well against strong opponents.

Year 7/8 Cross Country
On Monday we attended a Year 7/8 District Cross Country event held at Embley Park School. Our runners performed well competing against other schools in the district, there were a lot of runners present. Well done to all who competed.
