College Clubs
We are very pleased to provide an After-Clubs Bus on Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday and Friday afternoons. The bus leaves from the College bus lane at 4.40pm and covers Bishops Waltham, Meonstoke, Droxford, Wickham, Knowle, Whiteley and Curdridge (Botley Station). This service is FREE.

Clubs and activities will not start until the first full week (w/c 07 September 2026) - the actual start date will be confirmed.
The Late Bus will not run on 02, 03 and 04 September.

PE Extra Curricular Clubs
Do I need to sign up?
Except for Fitness Suite, no you don’t. All of our remaining clubs are ‘open door’, which means anyone in that year group can attend at any time. Just make sure you let parents/carers know you are staying for a club, and then pop along. We will add you to our club register when you arrive. For Fitness Suite, there is a weekly sign-up sheet at pupil reception.
What do I wear?
You need to wear Swanmore College PE kit to take part in any of the PE extra curricular clubs. If you're coming along to the football clubs, then astro trainers/moulded studs and shin pads are essential. If you're attending rugby club, then football/rugby boots are recommend and if pupils wish to get involved in contact, then they must have a gum shield.
Where do I go?
The venue/facility for each club is listed next to the club on the timetable above.
For all PE clubs, get changed in the S-block changing rooms, then wait outside where a teacher will meet you. If you are late getting changed, head straight to the venue.
What time are clubs?
Most after-school clubs start straight after lessons end at 15:10 and finish at around 16:10, so you have enough time to pack up equipment before travelling home (late bus etc).
If pupils are attending fixtures then these finish later, but the PE department will liaise with parents/carers via ClassCharts and inform them of fixtures as and when they take place.
Are there any clubs at lunch?
Yes. We run lunchtime clubs on certain days, as scheduled above. These take place during the second break, from 12:40–13:10.
