Farewell, Class of 2026

At the end of last half term, Swanmore College said a fond farewell to our Year 11 pupils as they celebrated their final day at Swanmore College.
The day was filled with shirt signing, ice cream, laughter and plenty of opportunities for pupils to spend time with friends and reflect on their journey through Swanmore. There were smiles, memories shared and, for many, a few emotional moments as they marked the end of their time at the College.

It is hard to believe how quickly the last five years have passed. Since joining Swanmore, this year group has grown in confidence, overcome challenges, achieved so much and made a lasting contribution to College life. Whether through academic success, sport, the arts, enrichment activities or simply the positive impact they have had on those around them, they have left their mark on our community in countless ways.

As they continue with their examinations and prepare for the next stage of their life, there is much for them to look forward to. While their time at Swanmore may be coming to an end, this is also the beginning of an exciting new chapter filled with fresh opportunities, new experiences and future ambitions.

We would like to thank every member of the Class of 2026 for the contribution they have made to our College community. We are incredibly proud of all that they have achieved and of the young people they have become.
We wish them every success in their exams and in whatever path they choose next. Good luck, Year 11 – and remember, you will always be part of the Swanmore family.
