37 Hours per Week – Term Time only (39 + 1 week) Mon – Thurs 8:00am – 4:00pm Fri 8:00am – 3:30pm
HCC Grade E FTE £33,178 - £36,369 Actual £29,107.32 - £31,906.80

As our Pupil Centre Manager, you will be responsible for the daily effective operation of the Pupil Centre, ensuring a calm, orderly and purposeful environment that supports high standards of behaviour, safeguarding and learning.
We are looking for someone who:
- Will provide strategic and operational leadership for the Pupil Centre
- Will have oversight of the Pupil Reception, Learning Hub Triage and Reflect & Reset Provision
- Will lead and manage staff, support vulnerable pupils and contribute to safeguarding arrangements as a Deputy Safeguarding Lead
- Will work closely with pastoral and senior leaders to improve outcomes for pupils
Essential skills & experience:
- Working within a school or educational setting
- Strong behaviour management skills and the ability to maintain high standards
- Experience of managing or leading a team
- Good understanding of safeguarding procedures
Desirable skills & experience:
- Working within a pastoral or behaviour support role
- Working as, or training towards, a safeguarding lead role
