Deputy Head of Year - Progress & Behaviour (Non-Teaching)

37 Hours per Week – Term Time + 1 week (40 weeks) Mon – Thurs 8:00am – 4:00pm Fri 8:00am – 3:30pm

HCC Grade D FTE £27,780 - £30,564 Actual £24,371.64 - £26,814.00

Required to start as soon as possible to work as a member of our dynamic Pastoral Support Team promoting the highest standards of pupil behaviour, attainment and attitude within the Year Group. Adaptability and organisational skills will be essential as is the ability to relate well to both pupils, teachers, parents and carers alike.

A desire to make a difference will be equally valued along with life experience and a good sense of humour.

An induction programme is in place and suitable training will be given.
