Hampshire CAMHS Events

Free BoXed Workshops

Please see attached details of a free boxing workshop taking place at Wickham Community Centre on Monday afternoons. BoXed is a dynamic group created for young people, in partnership with a local boxing club. They offer a mix of exercise, skill-building and wellbeing advice.
