PSHE Administrative Assistant
HCC Grade C – FTE £24,405 - £25,430 (Actual £10,416.36 – £10,853.76)

Term time only + 1 week (40 weeks)
We are looking for a highly organised and methodical Administrative Assistant to provide part-time administrative support to the Personal, Social, Health & Economic Education (PSHE) Lead Teacher from late September 2025.
Responsibilities will include:
- Supporting the Lead Teacher with the production of a bank of resources available for the Head of Year team to plan and share with Tutors as per the Curriculum plan
- Organising a programme of external speakers
- Assisting with the tracking and reporting of progress outcomes and quality of provision termly
- Supporting the Lead Teacher to coordinate training and development of staff, pupils and parents/carers with RSHE (Relationship, Sex and Health Education), UNCRC (UN Convention on Rights of a Child) and SMSC (Spiritual, Moral, Social & Cultural Development)
- Supporting the renewal of “Wellbeing”, UNCRC “Rights Respecting Schools” and “Personal Development” Awards for the school
- Supporting the Lead Teacher to ensure Statutory compliance of Secondary RSHE provision
