How do we score? And as an opponent, how do we prevent this?

Once we have found space, the final element to an attack is how to create and then convert scoring opportunities. We will therefore look at techniques used in a variety of sports we use to score points. We will then shift focus onto defense, focusing on how we can restrict an attack and win back possession.

Example Key Words

The action of moving towards or closing down an opponent to apply pressure

Shadowing the movements of an opponent and directing them where you would like them to go
