Examinations Officer
37 Hours per week, 8.00am to 4.00pm, term time only + 1 week
Salary: - HCC Grade D, FTE £18,846 - £21213, Actual £16946 - £19075
We are seeking to appoint an Examinations Officer to be responsible for the administration, organisation and smooth running of all public and internal examinations. Applicants will need to be experienced in working under pressure in situations where accuracy is of paramount importance, be able to plan ahead and meet deadlines and be able to work successfully in a team.
Incorporated within this role will be an element of general administrative support to the college.

Administrative Assistant
37 Hours per week, 8.00am to 4.00pm, term time only.
Salary: - HCC Grade C, FTE £15138 - £17034, Actual £13280 - £14944
We are seeking to appoint an Administrative Assistant to work alongside the PA to the Headteacher and also to provide support to the Data Manager in this popular semi-rural specialist college of technology.
The successful candidate should possess the following attributes:-
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent administrative and organisational skills
- Excellent ICT skills
- An ability to use their own initiative
- An ability to work under pressure
- A good sense of humour and the ability to work as part of a team
- The person must project a positive and cheerful personality and have a superb telephone manner
