A welcome message from the Headteacher

So, it’s farewell to Mrs Hillier, who has done a superb job at the college. Now, it is my turn to take the helm and move the college to the next level. I am extremely honoured to hold this special position and every decision I make will be based upon what I believe is best for the pupils.

I want Swanmore to be referred to as a “Centre of Excellence” in all that we do. A place where excellent teaching and learning is observed, where excellent behaviour is guaranteed, where excellent GCSE results are attained, where the care of all is excellent so all can achieve and where the opportunities are excellent so that pupils with different talents can flourish.

I would like to work with parents in taking the college forward and although I accept we won’t always agree, I am confident that we all want the same thing and that is the best possible education for the pupils.
