The pupils and staff of MacArthur House follow Dame Ellen’s lead in aiming high, challenging themselves, showing determination and supporting each other to succeed.

The members of MacArthur House know that although they need to have individual will and motivation, it is by working together that they will achieve their aspirations most easily. They are a team!

They work together to make a positive difference to everyone’s lives within Swanmore College of Technology as well as the lives of others locally, nationally and globally. They strive to become good citizens by considering the views of others, the environment around them and having high expectations.

Their logo with motto, which was designed by a MacArthur House pupil reflects their purpose and determination.
