Casual Community Leisure Assistant
Hours: Mid-week evening and Weekend shifts available, between 3 and 16 hours per week
Salary: £7.55 to £12.21 per hour, depending on age and experience
We are seeking to appoint a Casual Community Leisure Assistant from August 2025 to join our friendly and professional team. We are looking for a reliable, trustworthy and enthusiastic person to provide customer support to the Community/Leisure users of our facilities. The successful candidate should have excellent interpersonal skills. Duties will include greeting customers, carrying out inductions for new fitness suite members, managing bookings and selling refreshments.
The successful candidate will be working as part of a team to ensure high levels of customer service are provided to our College community. Ensuring the smooth running of lettings and a successful fitness suite, maintaining a safe environment for our hirers, along with good communication skills are an essential part of this role, as is being good humoured and having a patient and flexible approach to the role.
This role is based in our Community/Leisure facilities and could involve some lone working.
